Payments for food items and services are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy.

Refund Policy

• All transactions are processed securely and payments are accepted through designated payment gateways.
• If an error occurs on the client side (e.g., incorrect payment amount, failed transaction), a refund may be provided based on the situation.
• Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, subject to investigation of the issue.
• In case the debited amount is not received by Marian College Kuttikkanam due to a technical error, efforts will be made to recover the funds, and a refund may be issued once the issue is resolved.
• If the payment is credited late to the Marian College account, we will investigate the delay with the payment gateway and issue a refund if necessary.

User Responsibilities

• Report any issues or discrepancies immediately via the support channels provided in the app.
